Do you need to replace all of your teeth, but cannot bear the thought of months of recovery or a loose, ill-fitting denture? Teeth in a Day is the answer. At West Frisco Dental and Implants we offer All-on-4 treatment in-house, from planning to the final bridge, for a stable, secure new smile from the very first day.

What is All-on-4?

Instead of sticky denture adhesives, All-on-4 replaces all of your upper or lower teeth with a fixed bridge supported by as few as four dental implants. The implants are placed at angles that make the most of your existing bone, which is why many patients who were told they need bone grafting can still be treated.

Thanks to 3D CBCT imaging, we plan and place your implants digitally for accurate surgery and a faster recovery. And you are in great hands: Dr. Ovcharenko is a board-certified periodontist who places the implants, and Dr. Ortiz-Parsons is a prosthodontist, the specialist in designing the teeth that go on them.

Is Teeth in a Day right for you?

Consider All-on-4 if:

  • All of your teeth in one arch need to be replaced, or your remaining teeth are failing
  • You do not want a bulky, removable denture
  • Being able to eat comfortably matters to you
  • You want to speak clearly without a denture slipping
  • You would rather get a brand-new smile in one day than through months of traditional treatment

How Teeth in a Day works

  1. 1

    Consultation and 3D planning

You meet both doctors. A CBCT scan shows exactly where the bone is, and your new teeth are designed digitally before anything starts.

  2. 2

    Surgery day

Any remaining teeth are removed, four implants are placed under sedation, and a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day. You never go without teeth.

  3. 3

    Healing

Over three to six months the implants fuse with the bone. You eat soft foods at first and see us for quick checks.

  4. 4

    Your final bridge

Dr. Ortiz-Parsons crafts the permanent bridge, adjusted for any changes during healing, and fits it for the perfect bite and smile.

All-on-4 FAQs

Am I a candidate for All-on-4?

Most people who have lost, or are about to lose, all the teeth in an arch are candidates, including many who were told they lack enough bone for traditional implants. The angled placement of All-on-4 makes the most of the bone you have. A CBCT scan and consultation confirm it.

Do I really get teeth the same day?

Yes. A fixed temporary bridge is attached to the implants on the day of surgery, so you leave with a full set of teeth. The permanent bridge follows once the implants have healed.

How is All-on-4 different from a regular denture?

A denture rests on the gums and can slip, click and limit what you eat. An All-on-4 bridge is screwed onto implants, so it stays put, lets you chew normally and keeps the jawbone from shrinking.

How long does All-on-4 last?

The implants themselves are designed to last for decades. The bridge may need adjustment or replacement over the years, like any dental restoration, and regular cleanings are essential.

What does All-on-4 cost, and is financing available?

Cost depends on whether extractions and bone grafting are needed and on the materials for the final bridge. You receive a written estimate after your consultation, and we offer CareCredit and Lending Club financing.

Most PPO plans accepted. Discounts for patients without insurance, and monthly payment plans through CareCredit and Lending Club.
